Description of Special Data

Special Data is comprised of the original high-definition images collected by bib-number search from among all the photos taken by professional photographers on the day of the race.
Photo data will be in JPEG format with a size of three million pixels. (Numbers of pixels vary depending on shooting conditions.)

Notes

• * We cannot accommodate the following requests, since the Special Data is automatically generated from the images displayed based on the bib-number search.
• * The Special Data contains the photos displayed as a result of a search by your bib number.
• * If you find you do not need some of the photos displayed as a result of your search to be included in your Special Data, you can delete them from the Special Data Contents List page.
• * Your order cannot be altered once it is confirmed.
• * Please be advised that we cannot accept product returns for reasons other than broken and/or defective products.

Scope of using data you purchased

Your personal use of the photo data will be allowed once you have purchased it. However, the person who can use the data is limited to the runner (subject of photo) who purchased the data. Please note that the copyright shall remain with us even after purchase. Please insert "© allsports.jp" near each photo you publish.

Please be aware of obligations regarding portrait rights and of privacy concerns regarding other subjects (people, buildings, etc.) appearing in photos when posting images to social media.
